spkt1 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and spkt1 ("Platform", "we", "spkt1"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the spkt1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are advised not to use this platform. spkt1 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform and continued use after such notice will be considered acceptance of the amendments.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Limit

spkt1 services are only offered to individuals aged 21 and above. This is a mandatory requirement that cannot be waived. spkt1 reserves the right to request age verification documents including a copy of the Identity Card (MyKad), passport or other statutory documents at any time.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at spkt1. Registering more than one account by the same person — whether using a different name, email address, phone number or IP address — is a serious breach that may result in all related accounts being frozen and balances forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

Users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. The information to be provided is as follows:

• Full name as stated in your identity document
• Valid MyKad or passport number
• An active email address belonging to the user
• A Malaysian mobile number registered in the user's name
• A valid date of birth

3. Account Management

3.1 Password Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and account login details. spkt1 recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. You must not share your login details with any other party.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

An identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed or when an account shows activity that requires further verification. Documents that may be requested include a copy of MyKad, bank statement or recent proof of address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50. The same minimum of RM50 also applies to each withdrawal. There is no different minimum based on the payment method used.

4.2 Payment Methods

spkt1 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Boost
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. spkt1 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment providers or technical issues beyond our control.

4.4 Ownership Verification

All payment methods used must be in the name of the registered user. spkt1 does not accept payments from or to third parties. If there is a mismatch, spkt1 reserves the right to hold the transaction until identity verification is complete.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

spkt1 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement applied is 10 times the bonus value received before the user is eligible to withdraw funds from that bonus.

For example, if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM200, bringing the total balance to RM300. To meet the wagering requirement, the total wagering amount to be reached is RM200 × 10 = RM2,000. If the first deposit is RM1,000, the bonus received is RM888, with a balance of RM1,888 and a wagering requirement of RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions at spkt1 are subject to the following conditions:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per user
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, directly converted to cash, or passed to another user
• spkt1 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms
• Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus expiring

5.3 VIP Programme

The spkt1 VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — starting from up to 0.2% for Bronze up to 0.8% for Diamond. Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and loyalty to the platform.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the spkt1 platform are operated by licensed and independently audited software providers. The RTP (Return to Player) and volatility of each game are subject to the specifications of the respective provider.

spkt1 is not responsible for any technical disruptions that occur during a game session. In cases of incomplete rounds or bets due to a technical failure, spkt1 will work to resolve the situation fairly based on system records.

7. User Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities on the spkt1 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or unapproved tools
• Committing credit card fraud, data falsification or any financial fraud
• Manipulating games or exploiting system vulnerabilities without authorisation
• Coordinating bets between two or more accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location
• Channelling funds from illegal activities through the platform (money laundering)

7.2 Consequences of Breach

Any breach of the terms stated above may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account, cancellation of all unused bonuses, and freezing of the account balance pending further investigation.

8. Privacy and Data

The collection, processing and protection of users' personal data is governed by the separate spkt1 Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you agree to the data processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

spkt1 is committed to protecting users' personal information and will not sell or transfer personal data to third parties without user consent, except as required by law or the relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

spkt1 and its management will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from gambling activities.

The total liability of spkt1 to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made within the 30 days prior to the relevant claim arising, subject to applicable legal limits.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the spkt1 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the user through the standard withdrawal process, once all relevant wagering conditions have been met.

10.2 Closure by spkt1

spkt1 reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, use of false information, or for reasonable security and compliance reasons.

11. Responsible Gambling

spkt1 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide self-control tools to help users manage their betting activity, including deposit limits, betting limits and self-exclusion options.

12. Amendment of Terms

spkt1 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always complying with the latest version.

Continued use of the spkt1 platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
